Paul Smith Legal

Family law, also known as family relationships, is probably the most common legal problem faced by ordinary people. Although family law has various legal steps – adoptions, terminations, lawsuits that affect the parent-child relationship – divorce is probably the kind of case most people think of in family law. No one intends to divorce, but in today`s world – ironically – it is only by filing for divorce that you can get someone to fulfill the duties and promises of the prenuptial agreement. Welcome to my website. My name is Paul A. Smith and I practice law in and around Austin, Texas. I am committed to providing honest and informed advice and representation at an affordable price to all those in need of legal assistance. Please call me or email me to arrange a consultation. Having worked for the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs for 5 years, I am also familiar with real estate documents and affordable housing programs.

Paul`s sincere belief in the American civil justice system eventually led him to choose his profession.
